In this blog I will describe the development of new Android application,
how I overcome obstacles and will give status updates for the project.

I’m not new into programming and have a vast experience with C++ and C#.
I’ve developed many projects before, the biggest one of them was FilerFrog – www.filerfrog.com

This is my first Android development project so probably there will be many issues, so stay tuned.

hi, are you the author of panosphere? if yes, can i ask a technical question about it?
does it use a 3d sphere mesh with cylindrical coordinates or is it just a 2d image trick?

This is a 3d Sphere mesh with a texture on it.
I’ve used spherical panorama images for the textures.

thanks for the info! one more question how did you get the values from the sensors to be so smooth? my sensor values are extremely jaggy and make the sphere rotate very nervously even when the device is quietly on the desk
